Version dated 25 October 2026
Privacy policy
1. General information
This policy describes the processing of personal data of visitors to the Bureau 723 website and people who contact the studio about its services. The data controller is sole proprietor Grigor Varazdatovich Chtchyan, tax identification number 772395492910. For questions about your data, email gr.chtchyan@gmail.com.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. This policy applies to this website and correspondence with the controller relating to enquiries.
2. What data we process
When contacting us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, Telegram username, company or brand, services of interest, budget, timeline, project description and links to materials. Your name and email address are required to prepare an enquiry using the form; all other fields are optional.
Do not include health information, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive data in free-text fields. Only provide another person’s data when you have an appropriate lawful basis.
3. Why we use your data
We use contact details to respond, clarify your needs and discuss working together. Project information helps us choose suitable services, assess scope, cost and timing, prepare a proposal and, if agreed, enter into and perform a contract.
The basis for processing may be taking steps towards a contract at your request, performing a contract or meeting legal obligations. If a separate purpose requires consent, we request it separately. Visiting this website does not constitute consent to marketing emails.
4. How the enquiry form works
When you select “Send enquiry”, the form sends your details over a secure connection to the website server at Timeweb, which forwards the enquiry to gr.chtchyan@gmail.com. You do not need to open an email application. If sending fails, the form shows an error and keeps your entries.
There is no separate enquiry database on the website server: enquiries are handled by email. A temporary session cookie and technical counters without enquiry text help prevent duplicate submissions and spam. Form values are not sent to analytics.
5. Retention and protection
We retain only the data needed to consider your enquiry and work on the project, for as long as those purposes require. If a contract is concluded, legal requirements also determine document retention periods. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, data is deleted unless another lawful basis permits continued storage.
The controller limits access to people who need the data for their work and takes organisational and technical measures to protect it against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and loss. The data is not intended for publication or sale.
6. External services and technical data
When the website loads, its infrastructure receives technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, including your IP address and browser information. Hosting services may use technical logs and cookies under their own terms.
The website includes Instagram content and links to external platforms. When embedded material loads, third-party services may receive technical data and use cookies. The controller uses Gmail for email, so email services also process information when you send a message. These platforms may process data outside Russia. Their own policies govern their processing. Cookie controls are available in your browser.
Data may be transferred or entrusted to processors only where a lawful basis exists. Where cross-border transfers are necessary, the controller must meet the applicable legal requirements.
Website analytics
With your permission, this website loads Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to analyse visits, traffic sources, page views and interactions with contact links and the enquiry form. The services receive technical browser and device data, the page address, referral information and cookie identifiers. Google may process this data outside Russia.
Our code does not send form values to analytics services: your name, email, phone number, Telegram username and project description. A submission event is recorded only after confirmation from the mail server; the event does not include enquiry content. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website code. Yandex Metrica session replay, click maps and automatic link tracking are disabled; only page views and specified actions are recorded.
Analytics tags do not load before you give permission. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can change it using “Analytics settings” in the footer. If you decline, collection stops and Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies accessible to the website are deleted. Declining does not restrict use of the website. Read more in the Google privacy policy and the Yandex privacy policy.
7. Your rights and requests
You may request information about the processing of your data, correction of inaccurate information, restriction of processing or deletion where there are grounds to do so. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. This does not affect processing that has a separate lawful basis.
Email gr.chtchyan@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data” and describe your request. To protect your data, the controller may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We respond within the time limits established by law. You may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
8. Policy updates
The current version is always published on this page. We update the policy when our data-processing practices change. The version date appears at the beginning of this document.
